Capacity Building

Through building the capacities of individuals working within the framework of PPAN members organizations or in the performing arts field in general, the network aims to empower the sector and strengthen its foundation.  The basic need for capacity building comes from the vision and analysis of the cultural sector’s reality. The capacity building program is implemented and guided by the 2017 Development Needs Assessment Study: Cultural Institutions Working on Performing Arts Programs in Palestine, as well as discussions and dialogues between specialists and the network’s staff to identify the direct needs of the sector.
